Processing of personal data - GDPR

1. Lasspektrum s.r.o., with its registered office at Staré náměstí 9/8, Přízřenice, 619 00 Brno, ID No.: 29312311, registered in the Commercial Register at the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 73481, as a personal data controller pursuant to Article 26 of the Regulation, processes in the case of your request for services within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), (formerly also referred to as the "Regulation"), the following personal data:

  • name and surname,
  • company name,
  • email address,
  • the text of the message.

2. Your name, surname, company name, email address and it is necessary to process it for the purpose of creating an offer of services, negotiating this offer or for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. Such processing is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation. This personal data will be processed by Lasspektrum s.r.o. for the duration of the contract negotiation between you and Lasspektrum s.r.o., for a maximum of 1 year after your enquiry, unless you consent to further processing.

3. Please note that under the Data Protection Act you have the right to request information about what personal data we process about you or to request a copy of your personal data. We are at your disposal not only in case of a request for information, but also in case of suggestions or complaints. You can contact Lasspektrum s.r.o. to exercise your rights in the area of personal data by email at info@lasspektrum.cz, or by post at Lasspektrum s.r.o. with registered office at Staré náměstí 9/8, Přízřenice, 619 00 Brno. In the above-mentioned ways, it is possible to contact the personal data controller in relevant cases in order to exercise the right to access, rectify or delete personal data, or restrict processing, object to processing, as well as to exercise the right to data portability and other rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. In the event that your explicit consent was required for the provision of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent in writing at any time without penalty.
