LOCKSMITH PRODUCTION, WELDING SHOP

We are equipped at the highest professional level. We weld with LORCH welding machines on SIEGMUND tables.
We perform MIG/MAG, TIG, laser welding, spot welding, stapling, pressing, tumbling.

GRINDING, STRAIGHTENING

We provide machine deburring of all materials up to a part width of 1300 mm on the RWT machine.
Straightening of parts up to a width of 1300 mm on a top Köhler machine.

ENGRAVING

We engrave 2D and 3D on a top-quality machine, the TruMark Station 5000, from the brand Trumpf.

METROLOGY

Our company has the most modern 3D FARO and 3D Zeiss DuraMax measuring instruments. We are able to deliver a complete 3D protocol to the customer with the order. We measure parts up to 3m in length.

EXTERNAL ACTIVITIES

We also offer external activities - waterjet cutting of various materials, and electroplating.
