INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA - RECRUITMENT

("Administrator") hereby provides the job applicant ("Candidate") with information on the processing of his/her personal data in connection with the selection procedure for the position in which the Candidate has expressed interest ("Selection Procedure").
1. The Administrator is entitled to process only those personal data that it obtains in connection with the Selection Procedure for the purpose of negotiating a contractual relationship with the Candidate. In particular, this includes personal data provided by the Candidate himself to the Administrator, for example by indicating it in a structured CV.
2. The Administrator is entitled to process the Candidate's personal data from the moment of delivery of this instruction for a period of 2 months, but no longer than until the end of the Selection Procedure. After the expiry of 2 months or the end of the Selection Procedure, the Administrator is entitled to process the Candidate's personal data only with the Candidate's explicit consent or in anonymised form (i.e. without the possibility of identifying the personal data with the Candidate) for archiving purposes. In the event that the Candidate does not provide the Administrator with explicit consent to the processing of personal data after the end of the Selection Procedure, the Administrator shall destroy all personal data of the Candidate in its possession or return it to the Candidate.
3. The Candidate is obliged to ensure that all his/her personal data processed by the Administrator is accurate and up-to-date. The Candidate is obliged to notify the Administrator of any change in his/her personal data within eight (8) days of the time when the change occurred.
4. In accordance with Art. 12 of the General Data Protection Regulation informs the Candidate of the right (i) to access personal data, (ii) to rectification of personal data, (iii) to request an explanation from the Controller in case the Candidate suspects, that the processing of the personal data violates the protection of the personal and private life of the Candidate or that the personal data is being processed in violation of the law, (iv) to request rectification of the situation that is in violation of the law, in particular by stopping the handling of the personal data, correcting, supplementing or removing it.
5. In relation to the above personal data and under the terms of Articles 16 and 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation, the applicant has the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data, the right to erasure of personal data relating to him/her, the right of access to such personal data and the right to obtain a copy thereof (in some cases, costs may be charged).
6. The applicant also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, as supervisory authority, in accordance with Article 15(1)(f) of the GDPR and to object to the processing of personal data on the basis of Article 21 of the GDPR.
